Url is Uniform Resource Locator. This means that the resource locator locates files or documents on the internet. It specifies the address on every file on the internet that has a unique address. It retrieves a file from the computer on which it resides by the web software like a browser.
2. What are its parts?
Url has three parts. The first part of a url is the type of resource to access. 2nd is the name of the site where the resource is located. The last type is the directory path and resource name, or directory path slone.
